FBBA will review scholarship requests once the form below is filled out and returned. Please know that if your child does receive a scholarship that we request that a parent works an extra shift at our tournament, above the required shift for each parent. If you do not work a shift you will be required to payback the full amount of the scholarship plus any fees associated with not working a shift at the tournament. Thank You!
